Departure from Japan
Prepared for the trip almost all night from yesterday night.Even though I made a travel preparation file in advance, I packed my luggage just before as usual. The PC I brought for this trip was Let's Note W5.I hadn't set up my new PC yet, but it's probably okay.
The whole family had 3 cameras (single-lens reflex camera + 2 compact digital cameras) and 1 high-definition video camera, and we were a small shooting team.
I downloaded iTunes and iPass in Narita, and the location-free TV viewing test was OK.
I thought I could watch Japanese TV from Italy, but it didn't work because of the internet port block.
I also downloaded photos of rafting in Hokkaido last week and decided to enjoy it during the flight.
I exchanged the currency for euro. The euro exchange rate has exceeded 150 yen due to the depreciation of the yen.
I ate the last Japanese meal at the udon restaurant.
Narita was hot just walking on the boarding bridge, and I was worried about the heat wave in Italy.
I set up iTunes during the flight and downloaded music from PC to iPod.
The cabin was empty and I was able to set up comfortably using the table next to me while drinking wine.My family also moved to the window seats and relaxed. There were a lot of videos and it was comfortable.
In Mission Impossible 3, there was a scene of Tom Cruise's invasion of the Vatican's walls, which was later interesting compared to the actual Vatican's walls.
I enjoyed white wine, red wine and beer and fell asleep.
Arrival in Italy
We transferred to Naples in Milan. It's past 8 pm, but it's still bright enough in summer time.
I bought mineral water at the bar and procured euro coins for pillow money.I was thrilled with Italian.
My family was delighted to find Disney pasta in the shop.
She was particularly pleased with Pooh's pasta.
Italy is a country of gourmet, and grocery stores such as PECK bottling and cheese also looked delicious. And, the smoking cessation law is strict, and there was no smoking area in the airport. (The public places were the same everywhere)
Naples
Arrived at Naples Airport after 10 pm, it was quite cool probably because of the evening.
(Actually, this trip to Italy was really cool.)
The hotel room had a seaside view on the 23rd floor. We quickly turned two of our family's rooms into connecting rooms.
The room overlooked Castelnuovo, Galleria and the Royal Palace, and was close to the port of Beverello in Naples. When I opened the window and leaned forward, I could see Mt. Vesuvius.
At the hotel, I immediately connected to the internet, backed up my photo data, and went to bed.
It's already been 27 hours since we left home. From the next day, the World Heritage Tour began.
